Engineering vs. Integration
Most P5G systems are integrators — off-the-shelf parts wired into a case. AcriPlex designs and manufactures its own components from the ground up, purpose-built for broadcast production and live events.

Built-In 5G Core Computer
The AMD Ryzen 9 CPU runs the 5G core software directly inside the radio enclosure — no separate server rack, no extra cabling. Plenty of cores to run additional software locally, cutting latency and enabling on-board AI agents for video analysis, image recognition, and network optimization.
Custom AC/DC Power System
Off-the-shelf power supplies didn't meet the spec, so AcriPlex engineered its own from scratch. The system runs from AC mains or DC batteries, with hot-swappable Gold Mount positions for uninterrupted off-grid operation across any production environment.
Bespoke Thermal Enclosure
A custom air-cooling design — dual 40 mm fans, copper heat sink, and frame-contact thermal path — lets a high-core-count Ryzen CPU run reliably inside a sealed, weatherized outdoor enclosure. No standard case can replicate this thermal headroom.
Purpose-Built Field Mounts
Attaches to standard HMI-light tripods already in every rental house. Custom brackets integrate a Starlink Mini dish (with PoE) and a 60 GHz mmWave backhaul transmitter — zero improvised rigging, zero extra footprint on set.
Single Airline-Checkable Case
The complete system — radio enclosure, power unit, backhaul adapter, and all cables — fits into one Pelican 1615 Air case under 23 kg. It flies as checked luggage. No freight forwarder, no customs carnets, no advance shipping headaches.
